Who is Lígia Costa?

Lígia Costa is a trauma-informed self-healing teacher, journaling therapist, soul-calling reader, and the creator of the T.R.U.S.T™ pathway. With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs) and those who have experienced trauma, Lígia guides individuals on their journey of self-discovery and healing.

What is the T.R.U.S.T™ pathway?

The T.R.U.S.T™ pathway is a unique framework designed by Lígia to help individuals move from being karmically wounded to becoming cycle breakers. This pathway integrates mindfulness, and journaling therapy with spirituality, supporting HSPs (and non-HSPs) in their self-healing journey.

Do you offer coaching sessions?

Yes, we offer online coaching sessions to accommodate clients from different locations. Online sessions are conducted via video conferencing platforms for your convenience.

What can I expect during a Soul Calling Reading?

During a Soul Calling Reading, Lígia uses her clairvoyant abilities and knowledge in reading different birth charts to connect with and read your soul's essence. She provides insights and guidance to help you understand your true self, heal past wounds, and reconnect with your soul's calling. By having access to your birth information, Ligia will combine your natal chart, numerology map, and Human Design to create a personalized report that will shed light on your passions, talents, natural gifts, the best career paths, and your personality strengths and challenges. The full blueprint report often takes two weeks to be finalized and will be sent to you as a PDF document via the email provided upon purchase.

How can Journaling Therapy help me?

Journaling Therapy is a powerful tool for self-reflection and healing. Lígia guides you through journaling exercises designed to uncover deep-seated emotions, identify patterns, and facilitate emotional release and healing. Ligia uses Journaling Therapy in her coaching sessions, but she also offers a range of workshops and courses, journals, eBooks and a journaling deck to guide you through this process.

Is Lígia qualified to provide these services?

Yes, Lígia holds certifications as a Trauma-Informed Therapist, and a Mindfulness Meditation trainee, and has a Diploma in Journaling Therapy, Law of Attraction, and Akashic Records Practitioner. Her extensive training and personal experiences make her well-equipped to guide you on your healing journey.

What is an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person)?

A Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) is someone who has an increased sensitivity to physical, emotional, or social stimuli. HSPs often feel emotions deeply and may be more affected by their environment and experiences. Lígia, being an HSP herself, understands these unique challenges and tailors her services to support other HSPs.

How do I know if I am an HSP?

If you often feel overwhelmed by sensory input, have a rich inner life, experience deep emotions, and need time alone to recharge, you may be an HSP. Lígia offers guidance to help you heal from shame and wounding related to your sensitivity, embrace your sensitivity as a gift and use it to enhance your life.

Why is working with a trauma-informed therapist important?

Working with a trauma-informed therapist is crucial in the healing process because they have specialized knowledge and understanding of trauma and its effects on the mind and body. Trauma-informed therapists, like Lígia, provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore and heal past wounds without re-traumatization. They use techniques that are sensitive to your experiences and help you build resilience, coping strategies, and a deeper understanding of yourself.

What is the cancellation policy for sessions?

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Customer Service Hours

Customer Service Hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm BST. Please message us via email any time and we will answer as soon as you can and during the Costumer Services hours.

I order a product, when will my order arrive?

Our items are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail 1st Class standard or Royal Mail Standard International delivery when ordered directly from our website. This may vary depending on holidays or events that may affect postal volume. If you order through one of our third-party suppliers, such as Printful or Amazon, their processing times and courier services will differ. Customs processing times are also a factor not included in these estimates.

• UK: 1-5 working days

• Europe: 3-5 working days

• USA: 5- 7 working days

• Canada: 5-7 working days

If your order was not delivered within the estimated time, please allow extra time for the post to reroute the mail back to us.

According to the Royal Mail website please allow extra:

• UK: 10 working days after due date

• Europe: 20 working days after due date

• USA: 6 weeks after due date

• Canada: 6 weeks after due date

Ligia Costa will not be held responsible for lost orders.

Overseas Orders

If you are purchasing outside of the UK, it is highly recommended that you upgrade your shipping to tracked as missing orders will only be replaced if tracking has been purchased.
